I was more than happy to attend the Dural and Castle Hill McDonald’s Restaurants for McHappy Day this year. I was joined by The Hills Shire Councillors, Deputy Mayor Mitchell Blue, Councillors Reena Jethi, Frank De Masi, and Jessica Brazier.

The great work Ronald McDonald House Charities does within the wider group to help our youngsters can never be underestimated. When a child is identified with a serious illness, it impacts the entire household.

Ronald McDonald House Charities provide a spread of programs to help families keep collectively and close to the care they need. I commend the efforts and work of the Ronald McDonald House Charites and all those that present care for children and their families in difficult conditions.

It was great to see so many enthusiastic Hills Shire residents having fun with the day and supporting Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC). For each Big Mac sold on Saturday 18th November, $2 was donated to the charities.

It was wonderful to see the support from the neighborhood for this trigger and I would like to especially thank Deputy Mayor Mitchell Blue, Councillors Reena Jethi, Frank De Masi, and Jessica Brazier for giving up their time on McHappy Day to support Ronald McDonald House Charities.
